Planning in your browser

Your route, dates, travellers, preferences and entered amounts are used to prepare your plan and calculations in your browser. Filling in the form does not itself send these details to AI chat or travel providers.

When the page loads, the site checks chat availability and your sign-in status. That check does not include your trip details.

Saving on this device

Save on this device stores the selected plan in this site’s localStorage in your current browser. This is not a cloud account: drafts do not sync between devices. On a shared device, another person using the same browser profile may be able to open them.

Remove an unwanted draft from Saved trips, or clear this site’s data in your browser. A draft removed through the interface can be restored in the open tab. Removing a saved draft does not clear the plan already open on the page.

Aeromi Flights in ChatGPT

Aeromi Flights is a separate interface in ChatGPT. The current plugin consists of instructions and reference materials; it has no server, database or payment processing of its own. ChatGPT handles your conversation under that service’s policies and settings.

The Aeromi website and plugin do not share a session or conversation history. Website drafts are stored separately in your browser’s localStorage. If you manually copy a plan into ChatGPT, its contents become part of your ChatGPT conversation.

A plugin link may include the departure point, destination, dates, adult count and cabin in its URL. These details are sent to the website only when you open that link, to prefill the form. Names, contact details, company information and amounts are not passed in these links. This does not automatically sync plans or conversations.

Copying, downloads and external links

Copy writes the plan to your clipboard only when you click it. Download creates a text file on your device. This site does not control later copies, sharing or files; deleting a draft here does not delete those copies.

When you open a provider’s search, selected trip criteria may be included in the link URL and shared with that service. Its own policies govern further processing. Email to the author opens in your chosen email application.

Third-party flight search

The separate flight-search page uses a Travelpayouts module. Once the integration is enabled, the third-party script from tpemd.com and its widget are requested only when you press the button to load search. Opening the page alone does not load this module.

Once loaded, the module provider processes technical request data and criteria you enter in its form. The module may use cookies and other storage or tracking under the policies of its provider and connected services. Saved local Aeromi plans are not automatically shared with the widget.

AI chat and sign-in

Chat works only once the AI service is connected and access has been enabled for your account. It uses Sign in with ChatGPT. The sign-in platform may share your account ID, email and name with this site; the ID is used to check access.

When you press Send, your message, a recent part of the current conversation and the open trip plan are sent through this site’s server to OpenAI to produce a reply. Context may include your company, traveller name, trip purpose and amounts if you entered them. Merely opening the assistant does not send this context to OpenAI.

The conversation stays in the open page’s memory; this site has no transcript database. The request to OpenAI uses store: false. This does not promise zero technical retention by OpenAI or the hosting platform: their own policies apply to their processing.

Do not enter passport details, payment information, passwords, access codes or confidential company information.

Technical requests and contact

Hosting, sign-in and AI providers may process technical request data and logs to operate their services. Once the third-party search module is loaded, its providers’ policies also apply to its requests, cookies and search criteria. Data processing is not limited to localStorage.
