The Aeromi website and Aeromi Flights plugin

The Aeromi website lets you prepare a route, estimate a budget from your own figures and save a draft in your browser. Aeromi Flights is a separate ChatGPT plugin consisting of instructions and reference materials for discussing flights, stays and travel details.

They are separate interfaces without a shared session or conversation history. A plugin link may prefill the website: its URL can contain the route, dates, adult count and cabin, sent to the website only when you open the link. Names, contact details, company information and amounts are not included. Plans and conversations do not sync automatically.

You can copy a website plan into ChatGPT yourself when needed. Consider which details you choose to share.

Plugin and website chat access

Public access to Aeromi Flights is being prepared; availability depends on publication and ChatGPT’s conditions for your account. A public website and plugin link do not mean the plugin is already available to everyone.

The website assistant is a separate feature, available only once connected and access has been granted. Opening the ChatGPT plugin does not enable website chat. Trip planning, drafts and provider links continue to work while website chat is unavailable.

Drafts and data

Website drafts are saved only when you choose to save, in your current browser. They do not sync with the plugin or other devices. Download an important plan before clearing browser data.

The current plugin has no server or database of its own. ChatGPT handles your conversations under its policies and settings. The privacy page explains the website’s data handling.

Flight price search

Price search has its own Flights page. If the integration is not enabled yet, the page says so. Once enabled, the third-party Travelpayouts module loads only when you press the button to load search; its script is not requested beforehand.

Enter your route and dates in the module itself. Local drafts and planner criteria are not shared with it automatically. Once loaded, the provider handles technical requests and entered search criteria, and may use cookies under its own policies.

If the module does not load, check your connection and try again. Your provider confirms the final price, availability, payment and conditions. Aeromi’s affiliate participation and commissions depend on programme approval and rules; neither is guaranteed.

Bookings, payments and changes

Your selected provider handles checkout, payment and booking confirmation. Aeromi and Aeromi Flights do not take payments, issue tickets or confirm bookings.

For payment, refund, exchange or existing booking changes, contact the provider or airline named in your confirmation. Always verify current prices, availability and conditions with them before paying.

Reporting a problem

Email Emil Mardanov at the address below. Explain whether the problem occurred on the Aeromi website or in the Aeromi Flights ChatGPT plugin, what you tried to do and any message you saw. For a website issue, your browser and device are useful details.

Do not send passport details, card information, passwords, access codes or confidential company documents. Contacting support does not require payment details.
