What this site does

Aeromi helps you prepare a flight, stay or business-trip plan, save a draft and open a provider’s search. Budget calculations use amounts you enter. They are not flight or room quotes.

The planner does not retrieve live fares or inventory. A third-party module on the separate flight-search page provides price search once loaded and enabled. Aeromi does not create bookings, issue tickets, take payments or execute upgrades.

Aeromi Flights in ChatGPT

Aeromi Flights is a plugin made of instructions and reference materials for use in ChatGPT. The Aeromi website and plugin are separate interfaces without a shared session or conversation history. Drafts saved on the website remain in your current browser.

When you open a plugin link, the website may receive the route, dates, adult count and cabin from its URL to prefill the form. Names, contact details, company information and amounts are not passed. Prefilling a form when you follow a link does not automatically sync plans or conversations.

The plugin has no server, database, booking or payment processing of its own. ChatGPT’s terms also apply to its use. Public access is being prepared and depends on publication; a plugin link does not itself grant access or guarantee availability for a particular account.

Continuing with a provider

The planner’s direct links open an external service with available trip criteria and do not include affiliate tags. Not every preference can be carried across: check the route, dates, guests, baggage and other filters after opening the search.

The provider confirms availability, final prices, changes, refunds, payment and booking terms. Your contract, support and any changes are handled with that provider. Check all conditions and required documents before paying.

Price search and affiliate referrals

Flight search on Aeromi’s separate search page uses a third-party Travelpayouts module. Once enabled, it loads only when you choose to load search. Enter and check your criteria in the module: local plans are not transferred automatically. Loading the module does not create a booking.

A third-party service supplies results, prices and availability; your selected provider confirms final conditions, booking and payment. The module depends on supplier availability and service terms.

The module may use affiliate tracking. Aeromi may earn a commission only if the relevant programme approves participation and its booking attribution conditions are met. A click or purchase does not guarantee a commission.

AI assistant

AI chat is available only once connected, after Sign in with ChatGPT and access has been granted to your account. Planning and provider links remain available when chat is unavailable.

AI can make mistakes. Its replies and cited sources do not confirm available inventory, current prices, fare rules or a successful booking. Verify important details with the provider or airline. Eligibility to request an upgrade does not guarantee one.

Business trips and approval

The business-trip budget is calculated from your expense estimates and stated limit. An approval draft is not company approval, confirmation of expenses or a financial document.

This site does not send requests to a manager or start an approval workflow. You download or copy the plan and share it through your organisation’s process. Enter only information you are permitted to use.

Your drafts and copies

Saving applies to the current browser and may be unavailable if browser storage is restricted. Clearing this site’s data removes local drafts. You can download plans you need; you control how those files are kept and shared.
